1)      Designed with a horizontal spindle and a vertical axle, level feed plate. The eccentric pressure is applied by three evenly and eccentric cylinders on the stationary plate site, while the       stationary plate is still. When the pressure is applied, the 3 pistons pull the spindle box synchronously to move axially along the line guide. Fulfilling the forward, load pressure, lapping, backward functions. The rotary accuracy of spindle and the moving accuracy of spindle box are relatively independent, with the evenly and stable pressure on lapping plate. This machine has high accuracy, good rigidity, low vibration, good anti-seismic and high precision keeping features, etc.

2)      The main drive and the feed plate control system adopted AC transducer, with high stability and reliability.

3)      The hydraulic drive is loaded permanently with a pressure-limited variable oil pump to load and hold pressure. The pressure is stable and reliable. Its useful to decrease the spherical error and the diameter error of lot production, and to reduce the roughness of ball surface and the ball vibration value.
